For the new London headquarters of a Global (Re)Insurance Organisation, art became more than a finishing touch — it became part of the architecture of the workplace itself. Working closely with the interior architects from the earliest stages, we developed a curatorial strategy that shaped how people move, gather and experience the space. The result is a workplace that feels less like a corporate office and more like a living gallery.
The project began with an extensive existing art collection. Rather than replacing it, we saw an opportunity to rediscover it. Through our cataloguing and consultation service, every artwork was analysed, classified and carefully reconsidered in relation to the new environment. We strategically guided the client to curate the strongest pieces from their collection, transforming a fragmented archive into a cohesive and intentional narrative.

At its centre, a hand-crafted sculptural installation inspired by the client’s circular brand geometry acts as a tactile and refined expression of identity, bringing warmth, precision and artistry into the heart of the workplace.

An existing and fragmented art collection was transformed into a cohesive curatorial narrative through careful cataloguing, reframing and strategic placement. By combining photography, abstract works, illustrative pieces and bespoke commissions, we created a layered gallery-like experience that reflects the client’s identity while bringing rhythm, texture and moments of discovery into the workplace.
Through a balance of sourced and bespoke artworks, refined framing strategies and sculptural craftsmanship, the project creates a seamless relationship between brand, materiality and human experience.

"THEM brought creativity, expertise, and practical problem-solving to every stage of the project.
Their thoughtful curation complemented our design vision, elevated the existing collection, and delivered a workplace experience that feels authentic, inspiring, and uniquely tailored to the client.
From concept to installation, the process was seamless, collaborative, and expertly managed."
