We were delighted to collaborate once again with Basha—Franklin, this time on the new headquarters for Related Argent in King’s Cross, London. Following a period of reflection during the pandemic, the company wanted a workspace that expressed its renewed purpose — forward-thinking, sustainable and deeply human. Our role was to bring Related Argent’s brand to life in the space, creating experiences that connect people to place and to themselves.
In the reception lobby we created an atmospheric art installation, inviting the visitors to pause, breathe and reconnect with nature — a moment of calm in the middle of the city. Motion, colour and light evoke the movement of leaves, while a bespoke soundscape by artist Tawiah is composed in rhythmic sequences of four and six beats. The pattern encourages a steady breathing rhythm: four beats in, six beats out — creating an instant sense of balance and relaxation.

Copper details echo the warmth and precision of Related Argent’s rebrand. We designed elegant copper signage and a bespoke illuminated lightbox for the reception, complementing the surrounding materials and reinforcing the brand’s renewed identity. The space also hosts rotating art displays by artists in residence, extending the idea of creativity and community.
Every element — from the breath-paced light and sound to the tactile copper finishes — works together to create a workplace that feels alive, mindful and contemporary. It’s a place that celebrates connection: between people, the city and the natural world that inspires it.
“A speaker cone was installed over the first 6 steps of the stairs, allowing only to anyone stepping over them to listen the sound.”

“Our aim was to help anyone coming into the office be able to engage with themselves before starting their day.”
