We are a small, award-winning design studio specialising in branded environments. We help companies like Sony Music, Amazon, McKinsey & Co., and Primark create workplaces that are meaningful, functional, and visually powerful.
Our projects include wayfinding systems, signage, installations, environmental graphics, and brand storytelling. We work closely with some of the UK's top interior design and architecture studios who value our specialist knowledge and creative thinking.
We are currently rebuilding our team and looking for a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer who is ready to help lead projects and elevate the creative output of the studio. You will work directly with the Creative Director and project managers, leading the creative on key projects from concept to completion.
— Lead design projects across branded environments, signage, wayfinding, and installations
— Develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy and client goals
— Produce high-quality visuals, presentations, and production-ready artwork
— Present ideas clearly to clients and guide them through the design process
— Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and fabricators
— Support and guide junior designers and freelancers on your projects
You’re humble, but you lead with confidence — you’ve built a track record of outstanding work and you’re proud of it, but you leave your ego at the door. You lead projects with clarity, listen to others, and elevate the people around you. You know that great design is a team sport.
You make a difference through collaboration — you’re not just here to execute. You bring ideas, challenge thinking, and help shape the direction of the work. You thrive in a team where different voices and perspectives come together to create something stronger.
You’re highly creative and relentlessly curious — you see the big idea, then bring it to life through detail and craft. You ask questions, explore concepts, and find inspiration in the unexpected. You care about making work that resonates, connects people, and delivers lasting impact.

— A strong portfolio showing work in branded environments, workspace design, signage, and wayfinding
— Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

— A passion for typography, systems thinking, and clear visual communication
— A strong conceptual thinker who can turn ideas into design systems
— Confident in client-facing roles and comfortable leading projects
— Positive, professional, and enjoyable to work with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to studio culture
This is a key role in a critical phase of our studio's growth. We have reduced in size and are now rebuilding with focus. This role is designed to grow into a Design Director position. You will have direct input on the creative output and strategic direction of the studio.
You will be based in our London studio 5 days a week. We believe great work happens through collaboration and shared energy. That said, we understand the need for flexibility and will support a healthy work-life balance.
