Becky shares the design philosophy of “worlds within a world,” explaining how the building is intentionally broken into distinct zones — from bold cinematic entrances to quiet textured spaces for focus and wellbeing. 

The conversation also dives into inclusive design and neurodiversity, with Universal Design Studio working alongside specialist consultants to embed sensory and behavioural thinking into every level of the experience.
