We are currently looking for a Middleweight Wayfinding Designer to join our growing studio. You will work across a range of projects, from concept development to detailed design, supported by a senior creative team. This is a hands-on design role for someone ready to take ownership of their work while learning and developing within a collaborative environment.

You take pride in your craft, without the ego — you’re confident in your skills and ready to lead parts of a project, but you’re always open to feedback. You work well with others, contribute ideas, and take ownership without needing the spotlight.
You work best as part of a team — you know design is a collaborative process. You listen, adapt, and help move projects forward. You value different perspectives and believe the best ideas come from working together.
You’re creative, curious, and always improving — you love solving problems with smart ideas and great design. You ask questions, explore new approaches, and look for ways to push the work further. You want to grow, and you’re not afraid to try something new.
