We are expanding! Them are on the hunt for two more roles – a solid Middleweight Environmental Graphic Designer, and an experienced Project Manager (specialising in Production and Installation in the built environment). We are a workplace experiential brand agency providing branding, art, graphics packages, and wayfinding for international blue chip companies.
As a Middleweight Designer you should be a natural at understanding 3D space, be able to read architectural plans and have a good intuition of how people interact with brands in an environment. You should be confident in working and communicating directly with clients, and have highly creative design ability.
As a Project Manager (Production and Installation) you should be experienced at managing multiple projects with excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be able to read architectural plans and have a good understanding of the construction industry. You should be confident in working and communicating directly with clients, as well as production and installation contractors, architects, and our in-house design team. You will be responsible for taking the newly created designs and working with external production teams to move those designs from manufacture, installation, and snagging. A significant part of this role is about negotiating and managing moving timelines in order to ensure our designs are installed into the built environment focusing on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
At Them, our work ranges from workplace branding design including experiential design, 3D installations, wayfinding, and brand development. We have a reputation for high aesthetic delivery and creativity. Our clients work with us because they want their environment to set them apart with competitors and staff. We work with blue chip brands including Sony Music, NBCU International, Amazon, Argent, Bridgepoint Advisors, McKinsey & Co., Primark, TJX (TK Maxx & HomeSense) plus leading architect firms. Experience in working with a similar calibre of clients is essential. We’re looking for a portfolio that shows projects that have a big concept at their core and have been cleverly expanded and executed to a high level of finish.
