Competitive salary
A fair, competitive salary, benchmarked against comparable agencies.

Hybrid Working
Split your time between home and our studios in Shoreditch and Barcelona. Most of us come in a few days a week.

Holiday Allowance That Grows
Start with 21 days and gain an extra day each year, up to 25. Plus bank holidays, of course.

Extra Time Off Over Christmas
We close the studio for two weeks in December. And no, it doesn’t affect your regular holiday allowance.
